The Village Green Homeowners Association (VGHOA) is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community in Tucson, Arizona. Nestled in a picturesque setting, our Association offers a range of amenities designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Our community pool is the perfect spot for relaxation and recreation, providing a refreshing escape for families and individuals alike. The VGHOA clubhouse serves as a central gathering place for residents. It hosts community events, meetings, and social activities, encouraging neighborly connections and camaraderie. Our well-maintained pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts promote active lifestyles. They offer friendly competition and fitness opportunities, catering to casual players and sports enthusiasts.

 

Village Green Homeowners Association is managed by its Board of Directors. Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record in Village Green. 

 

The Village Green Homeowners Association Board of Directors meets every second Tuesday of the month. Importantly, all meetings are open to the homeowners, and your attendance and input are welcomed and encouraged. Please visit the calendar of events page to learn more about these meetings. 

 

Agave Management Solutions administers the Association’s business affairs, including community inspections, tax filings, and annual report preparation.

 

The Association's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) oversees the approval of remodeling, renovations, and new construction. The ARC must approve all Village Green construction projects, including new installations and modifications.
